    Squeaky rear wheel

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
My right rear wheel just started making this high pitched squeaking noise the other day. At first I could only hear it with my windows down, but now I can hear it with the windows up and the radio off. Anybody know what this is? My brakes maybe?

Also, something has happened in the front now too. It feels like a bent wheel kind of. Anybody have probelems with the VMR wheels bending easy? I'm going to go out there right now and try and see if can find any bends.

    Any help is appreciated. TIA

    Re: Squeaky rear wheel

What do you mean when you go over bumps?

I just went out and took the wheel off and looked for bends but didn't find any... It's weird in the front it almost sounds like a flat tire kind of, and in the rear I'm getting the constant squeaking.

    Re: Squeaky rear wheel

Hmmm I think mine has to with the brakes, possibly the wheel bearing. I don't know... I guess I may just have to take it in unfortunately.

    Re: Squeaky rear wheel

It sounds like what's happening in the front is a wheel bearing. Sounds pretty spendy too... I'm still guessing the squeaking in the rear is the brakes.
