    Hi there,

I am working on a retrofit OEM Sat antenna on my avant A4-02. I will need to drill a hole on my roof and just wanted to know the best way to go about doing this install without damaging the roof ! Also, can anyone tell me what type of glue/sealer would be best once antenna is bolted on ? Id like to do this right the first time around without any leaks...

    Thnx,
    Oli

i say skip the install and just use the ones that can be mounted on the dash or behind the unit.

Re: OEM Sub style antenna install

The thing is im also installing a SAT receiver which was never pre-wired in my car. So I don't think I can use the Sat without the antenna hooked up to the roof.
