Hey man. My friends brother in law has an Independent Audi shop...Its actually called Independent Audi on Walnut. Im actually going there Thursday to get my RS4 sway installed. PM me if you want more info, he used to be the head mechanic at Rusnak Audi. He know everything about these cars inside and out. I live in Pasadena so i can roll with you there if you want.

I've used Steve's Independent VW/Audi on Foothill in Pasadena - and found that they are reliable and fairly priced. I've had them work on my S4, and was very happy with the results.

Is that shop towards the 76 gas station on Sierra Madre/Villa?

if you don't mind sharing, how much is the cost to install the RS4 rear sway bar?
I'm sure they'll give you a better price than usual since you're a friend of the shop owner's in-law, but I'm kinda in search for a shop for the same installation - already have the RS4 rear sway and am deciding whether to DIY or have a shop install it.

Well hes charging me 147$ for the part and installation and hes doing a few other things for me with the electrical system so i can open my windows with my keys and stuff..Im sure i can get you a good installation price..We can just go in together. Or i can call in for you and find out. PM me.

Edit: he told me it would take him about 45 minutes to an hour for the installation...Im going in Thursday so i can find out for you.

the rear sway is around $110-$120, so the installation cost for you is $27-$37.
does $147 include taxes????
if it does, then it's an extremely good deal

btw, thought you had the vag-com cable...the window up/down w/ keyfob is fairly easy to do:

the 147$ is with tax and everything... Hes not charging me for installation.
I dont have the cable..Im not even going to try doing it myself. He said he can just quickly do it after he puts on the sway.

Im going around 5:30 ish..Thats when he usually has more time to do stuff...Ill be there for a good hour at least.

Different one. The one you're thinking about doesn't do Audis. Although my brother has taken his VW there and says they do great work.

Steve's Indy is past that - just past San Gabriel, but before Sierra Madre. On the right if you're headed west.

Oh, ive seen that place before, but i never really payed any attention. I'll check it out one of these days.
