Noisy wheel well, possibly stuck brake?

I have a 99.5 Avant, and I've had some cabin noise for a while now, but just wrote it off as normal because I have the hatch. Lately it's been getting louder and now I can pinpoint it to my rear right wheel, and it sounds like the brake might not be fully releasing. I don't know if it could be something else, but it sounds like metal on metal and gets louder and speeds up the faster I go.

How would one remedy such a situation. Thanks guys.

    Wheel bearing sounds about right.

If a piston got stuck, you would be able to tell. That happened on my sister's passat, pulled like crazy, tons of brake dust, and the pad was worn down to the metal.
