What is the difference b/w these SAI pumps 078906601M and 06A959253B

Are they interchangeable? Some one local has 078906601M from a 2000 jetta I think.

I am getting the famous P0411 code and I have replaced all the hoses and I still get this code. The SAI had some water in it some how. When I removed the flexible hose that connects to hard pipe then it goes to EGR valve, water came out of SAI. Any ideas? I am thinking the pump might have gone bad due to water.

The question still remains how did the water get in there.

If your not worried about emissions just get the SAI blockoff plate and take it all out
