Whats the best way to route wires from the trunk to the passenger side glovebox?

    Hi,

I am looking to run a wire from the trunk to the RNS Radio. I would like to run the wires via the passenger side, to the glovebox & then behind to the RNS.

I think that the plastic side protection (that sits on the carpet by the door) would be a good place to run the wire but I am unsure how to remove the plastic enough to run the wires.

Is there a better route than this? Is there an easy way to do this?

Please take a look at my photos to let me know if this is the best way to do this.

I am a little confused on how to get from the far right to the left (its sealed pretty good).

I welcome any comments or assistance.

    Thanks,
    Rich

Thats where I had my wires running before I took them out, it worked just fine. The plastic is pretty giving so don't be afraid to tug on it a little. Also, the rear seat will pop off giving you a little more room to run the wire.

Are you saying that the rear seat will completely pop off? How does that work?

When running the wire down that plastic conduit, wont people steping on the plastic (when getting in & out) hurt/damage the wire? Or should I be just slipping it under just a little?

    Thanks,
    Rich
