A6 is heeereee!! finally

Alright.. so i finally picked one up today.

2004 A6 S-line with 53K miles for 14,900. Took it to Audi PPI everything checked out.

^^^ Is this your computer monitor you are talking about or your instrument cluster screen? Either way your option is to just replace it. I am in the same boat with my cars cluster screen...

And will you be using the stock vacuum line and other hoses to put your new DV Valves? I myself have a new pair of V710s and want to keep it looking stock, but I am not sure if I should get new hoses for the whole setup...?

Alright.. so as far as upgrades and stuff here is what I am doing:
1. debadge (done)
2. tint (done)
3. hyperboost diverter valves (bought waiting for them)
4. magnaflow custom exhaust
5. smoke out all the lights and yellow out the fogs
6. coilovers
7. from here we go on to the more serious power stuff :)

That car is actually blue, and that is Gigi's. The grey car is his friend's car.

yeah the blue car is mine with 19 X 8.5 BBS RSGT (Diamondblack) and the Dolphin Grey A6 is my buddy's, Adam. His wheels are RH RATs in 19 X 8.5, great rims for the A6, thjey make the car! he is selling them at a great price considering they ahve not been on th ecar much and he hardly drives the A6

Those are some of the cleanest wheels I've seen. It just "works" with our cars. Good job and very tastefully done.

One more thing.... Is there any diy for the diverter valves? And for the springs? I have done a ton of spring / suspension installs on cars from civics to jags should the a6 be any different? Is there anything I need to watch out for?

he's dropped quite a bit with KOni Yellows and Eibach springs

Adam got the wheels off his car a long time ago to sell them and was gonna sell his car with stockies on. He ended up never doing anything about it. he asked me to sell his wheels for him.
He returns to Charlotte from vaca this week end and i am leaving for 2 weeks vacation...
he has close ups pics he needs to get tome so i can post an ad for him.
But if you guys are interested there might not be a need for an ad :)

They are great looking wheels and perfect for the A6, they complement the car. They are multi fit 2 piece rims, they have a plate set up so you can adjust the offset based on taste by buying a different plate.
His are setup perfectly though if you ask me, flush with the fender edge! he is selling them with tires on them. As far as i remember, there was no curbage at all on the rims. I'll confirm though.
here's the wheel info from where he got them from $700 each new!!!! that's 2800 pus tax plus tire and install so about 3500-3600 for I think he said 1600 he wants for them. And they are in great shape.

Pavel, the suspension work is pretty staight forward if you did other cars, on the front you need to disconnect the upper control arms....DV are very easy to change, put the new ones same as old ones;)

Quick question for Gigi: Did you happen to buy the RS-GTs from Mike up at GMP?? When he told me he was taking them off the M3 I wanted to buy them, but looks like I waited too long!!

Nope. I didn't they would not work on my A6 :(
I used to have RS GTs in 19 X 8.5 Diamondblack with a 5x112 bolt pattern.

I miss them, might get another set... Right now I decided to keep my RS4 DT and get them painted Urban Grey
