Door Blades ???

Hey A6 owner where can i buy some lower door blades for my A6 did searching but cant find anything.

Assuming you are talking about the bigger S6 blades, I think ECS is the cheapest NEW

each blade has two screws on the inside(bottom) of the door, which are easily accessible. VERY EASY DIY mod. 20 maybe30 minutes if a blades does not slide in too good...
I personally don't like the Allroads on the dark blue A6.. too much... but they look good on silver A6. For our blue color, I think the best is to get S6 blades and get them painted body color.

yes 4.2 and S6 blades are the same. S6 cars had the blades unpainted, black finish, while the A6 4.2 had the blades painted body color.

you can get them on clair pats for not even $300.

you can get the s6/4.2 for 295-300 from ECSTuning but the AR blades are more.
I would just stick to 4.2's or find AR blades used. 1200 is not worth it!

Thanks (again) Gigi -- and the S6/ 4.2 blades protrude more than stock C5 2.7? I'll check with ECS. And I agree on blue over black for Ming car.

yes they do, the stock 2.7T protrude but barely. S6/4.2 blades make a big difference IMO. Love mine.

I think we're talking apples and oranges here. Clair is providing the paintable version and we are quoting the stainless allroad blades...

We can get them from Germany for $255/set. Buying them in the US is faster, but they are $350.

We can also get the RS6 blades, but I don't know the price yet...
