In anticipation of my government stimulous money, I decided to get a new set of wheels. I havn't seem too many people running these (no one actually) and though they would look pretty bad ass. They are Mrr GT-1's in 18X8.5 ET 35 wrapped in a falken 452 225-40-18's. I just got them in the mail today and took a few pics. Please excuse the very dirty car, its been raining here on and off for the last two weeks!! Enough with the typing, here are some pics:

Tight! Similar to the BBS rims that I have seen on a few S4s. Now all you have to do is change those calipers to blue!

Thanks! It was a toss up with the black ones, but I ended up with these. Either would have looked good though.

New wheels look great on your car - very nice choice. Could be a bit challenging to clean, tho.

    '06 S4 Avant, silver/black w/ alcantara, w/ V8 goodness - new DD (finally back in an S!)
    '07 A4 Avant 2.0TQ S-line & Ti, I-white/black (unicorn?) - w/ APR goodness, old DD, now beach-mobile
    '93 BMW 850ci, FE Red/Black - major garage queen

Thanks man! About the cleaning, I need to get some brake pads that make less dust, these are HORRIBLE! Any recomendations?

    Re: New Wheels!

Based on some recent searching on the forums, here's what I've come up with as a short list of pads to check out that are recommended for good braking and low dust: Carbotech Bobcats, Pagid Black (Street version), Hawk HPS (In that order). Anyone else is more than welcome to chime in with more suggestions.

I bought Pagid pads from Matrix racing, they supposedly create less dust, but I haven't installed them yet.

I run Hawk HPS and have been very happy with the performance and low dust production.

Love the devil tint on the - as we all know - fastest-color SILVER S4. ;)
