Odd noise after wheel bearing replacement

Alright guys another dilemma with the car. i had both rear wheel bearings replaced a couple weeks ago and everything was normal for about 250 miles. Then i get this weird clunking sound from the right rear only when i go forward. Does not make the sound when i go in reverse. I pulled the caliper off and the pads cuz i thought maybe they were loose or something but everything looks ok. Do you guys think this could be a defective wheel bearing????? Let me know what you guys think

was it torqued properly? These wheel bearings get a pretty hefty torque # plus a 1/2 turn...

140ft-lbs plus 1/2 turn to be exact

If the outer CV axle bolt isn't torqued properly, the bearing won't be compressed tightly like it is supposed to be, and will be ruined within a few miles.
