ok so i know this is a bit retarded but i need help if anyone can hook it up with some parts please. the cops came to my house and gave me a $1500 because i working on cars at my house and my neighbor was video taping me and gave it to the police. so if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it.

If you are being video taped by your neighbor, doesn't fall under "privacy" ? You can sue if this is in fact true. Police officer cannot give you a ticket if you are working on your car, in your own private space. I for one would be pissed, depends in your current social structure, but your neighbor is in d$$p shit for staining your good name ;-))

You can do whatever you want to do around your premises:

1) There is a certain disable level of noise tolerated... But N/A (Because no one carries a noise reader, do we?)
2) You cannot paint cars outside, unless if you have a portable enclosed painting station.

* You can shoot your dog in your backyard if you have a probable cause.

There are rules in the community in which you live, or city, but all of these are bogus, and has little effect ;-))

i wasnt workin on my car i was workin on others peoples car and doin hella mechanic shit and my neighborhood doesnt allow shit like that to be done. so my neighboor was a bitch and snitched on me. he did it b4 and now im stuck with a fat fine. so if anyone by anychance can hook it up with some aftermarket parts i would appreciate it if thats cool i aint trippin 2 bad. i just rlly wanted to drop my car but thats not happenin

So you're saying that you were working on other people's cars (which I don't see how is illegal, unless the cars were stolen or something).. and your neighbor taped you doing so.. so the cops gave you a ticket for $1500 (I don't get what they would fine you for that..) and now you're broke so you're asking to get hooked up on free parts to lower your car? cops went to my friends house becuase they thought he was running a shop out of his garage. He had a riced out ef in his driveway that didnt even run and all his friends were always hanging out in his garage. funny thing is he has like 7 blocks and 3 trannys just sitting in his garage next to his turbod si. anyway they let him off. but if i were you i would try to fight it. hit up len tillem on KGO radio 810 AM @12pm-1245 monday - friday. hes a radio jewish lawyer, and gives free advice. check it out
