I just bought a condo...so I'm getting rid of my car options in return for using the $ for options for my new place.

So how did it sound on the car?
and do you have exhaust as well
I just bought techtonics catback but
am seriously considering a CAI as well
    Did you notice gains?\
I know the debate on this one is huge
    but what about for you?
I'm pretty sure we have almost the same car
thanks in advance for your input!

I have an AWE exhaust...With the Carbonio, the sound the diverter valve makes is more pronounced and you can hear the car sucking in air and releasing it. It's great if you like that and may make you feel as if your car has gained in less restricted airflow or even higher horsepower numbers. I don't think anyone will ever feel gains adding this. I'm sure the product has been tested by the maker and if this thing added any horsepower they'd be selling that fact hard to the consumer. If anything, you may be getting more airflow.

Do you still have install instructions?
or is it so easy I shouldn't even be asking?
    and what about Paypal?
    or

I never had the install instructions, I had it installed and removed it myself. It was very very easy to remove. It seems as if it mounts up much easier than the factory box because I re-installed that. All you need to do to install this is remove the fact airbox, screw the 2 pieces that make the heatshield together, this is attatched using the factory bolt on the inner fender panel. Then, attach the inlet tube through the heat shield (2 bolts), attach the filter. Fianlly, attatch the Carbonio hood (3 srews) and attach the flexible ducting to the Carbonio hood. Done. You'll need a 10mm, 11mm and 12mm wrench and i think it's either a 2.5 or 3mm Allen for the small screw in bolts. Yep, accepting payment for this through PayPal. Thanks!
