Decided not to go +1 with all the problems ive been having. They are dirty, I pulled them off with "mechanic hands" greasy. Will be shipped as soon as funds are cleared.

You say they are dirty because you handled them with "mechanic" hands, are they brand new? Have they ever been installed?
