[pictures] Black Audi A4 2.0 TS Quattro Avant (B7)

I mounted 19" rims and dropped it with H&R springs just a couple of weeks ago. Here are some pictures, let me know what you think!

The car is a 2008 B7-model 2.0 220hp engine and quattro. I has S-line exteriour and interiour, tinted windows (only slightly on the front side windows since its illegal in sweden). Black grill frame and windows frames, xeon and more...

The 'all blacked-out look' can go overboard, but this is perfect. And the drop is also perfect for the Avant, I hope mine ends up looking about the same!

Not 100%-sure about the wheels though!

Watch out in the rear-view mirror for the Dolphin!

The stickers are there because I run the site "www.garaget.org" :)

I did not change the springs myself but a friend of mine did (an Audi/VW/Skoda mechanic). I would not recommend doing this yourself. Retail price for a change should be about 3000-4000 SEK. Quattro is a bit harder to change in the rear than FWD from what I understand, could make some minor difference in price I guess.

After mounting H&R I also monted 19" so I have not tried the car with the 17" wheels (winter tires) and H&R springs yet. That means I can't tell if there is any difference between the original springs and these. TS-version have a lowered suspension from factory already (22m lower), and H&R lowers an additional 20-25mm. From what I've heard it should barely make any difference in comfort.

With 19" and 35 profile I can't say its very comfortable, you can certainly feel all the bumbs in the road, but I like it... On a highway it's fine, not uncomfortable at all. The bumpiness is felt mostly in the city, otherwise it's just firm and nice :)

At least from 2006 the Ts model has 220hp. Like mine... The engine is not the same as the normal 2.0T with 200hp. Ts has forged pistons, stronger conrods, they did some changes to the turbo,better IC , stronger clutch and then they changed the gear ration. Almost forgot, the front breaks are ventilated.
