    Need Help

I tried looking for this in the handbook, but couldn't find anything. For some reason, my driver display's gears are all flashing red. I have an automatic and all the gears (reverse, neutral, S mode etc) flicker (red). I tried turning my car off but that didn't help. What can be going on? I'm just paranoid because i have blown my oil cooler lines before which the warranty didn't cover. Please help!

Is your car a CVT or the regular Auto? I read somewhere that it could be a multifunction switch... If it's a regular auto, they can replace the switch itself, but if it's a CVT, they have to replace the entire TCM... Not sure how accurate that is, and I would wait till someone with more hands on knowledge of the car posts before I go running to the dealer or something. This is just what I read after looking it up on Google... there could be various reasons for the gear indicators flashing but it's definitely an issue with your transmission...

Take it to a dealer and have them run a diagnostic on it... you might need a whole new TCM...
