Brushed Aluminum RS4 grille match the A4 chrome window trim?

The trim on the windows of my A4 is chrome ( which Im not crazy about). The trim on the RS4 grille is burshed aluminum.

I want to put the RS4 grille on my A4, but Im worried about the materials looking awkward together and not matching up. Does anyone have images of the 2 together? Is it even that noticable?

I looked through your gallery images and noticed your gloss black S-line grille. Was that a custom painted peice? I dig the look, since my B7 is black as well.

It's a paint job at an auto body shop.

It's actually really hard to find an angle where you see both simultaneously..! I was a little worried at first, but I really dig it! Better than all black with chrome window surrounds for sure.

Like johntesi said, I don't think it looks bad to match the RS4 matte aluminum grille with the polished aluminum window trim, but if you have to absolutely have to have your trims match, you have two options: get a standard S-line front grille with chrome trim or get the RS4 matte aluminum window trim and replace your standard polished aluminum window trim (no one does this because it is most likely very expensive, but it would make your car unique).

Thanks for posting those pics. I cant really even tell that dont match, which Im sure 95% of other people wont either. Im probably being too particular about it, but if youre goign to drop the money we do into our cars, you might as well do it right.

On the other hand, replacing the window trim is a huge pain in the ass, and quite expensive to buy the replacement brushed trim.

Anyone else have images of the RS4 grille with the chrome window trim?
