    Too Much Oil?

So I recently checked the oil level on my B6 S4 and it appears to be above the "A" range. That is, above the grooved/dotted area on bottom portion of the dipstick. I read the owners manual and its says it may suck oil into the crankcase/ breather track. Should I go and have some oil removed? The oil was supposed to be changed when I picked up the car about 1,5xx miles ago.

If it's only a little bit above I wouldn't worry.
If it's more than say 5 millimeters I would find a suction pump and pull some out.
If yours is like most others, it will consume between 1/2 and 1 qt every 5-7k....if your lucky
