    Quick Q...

Is the suspension on the sport avant the same as the sport sedan?

    If not whats the difference?

my humble opinion, you'd be better off for the money going with like a spring & strut kit instead. a set of H&R springs with billestien coilovers cost me roughly $600. in my opinion rides alot better. yes the suspension rates for an avant and a sedan are different due to the weight difference.
2002 A4 Quattro 5-speed, KO4, SPP Ported/Polished Turbo Manifold, ATP test pipe, APR ko4 tuning, APR injectors, APR R1 DV, Front mount intercooler, H&R sport springs/Bilstein sport shocks, Neuspeed snubber mount K&N, Blackedout grille, Badgeless rear.

    To Do's:
    -APR Sport exhaust
    -Porsche seats, brakes and wheels
    -Recarro Baby seat =)

Thank you for the response but I really dont care that much about suspension personally I just want to get rid of the 4X4 look. At the same time I know lowering springs would kill my shocks so im not going that route.

I found a good priced 04 sport suspension but its an avant so I just needed to ask. Thanks for the response.

two years and no issues with my shock (bilstiens). i dont think you'd decrease your gap and may make it bigger since the avant springs are a higher rate.

I was told that the rear sping rate was a little stiffer, front is the same.

Got my sport suspension from Shokan.com , $225 for the everything. The setup had 12K on it.
