A Photoshoot so small, it only has 3 pictures -_O

So i had to car clean today (before it rained again!) and i went and took some photo's , just so i have a "before and after" before i get the new wheels. Oh i also got 35% tint done 3 days ago, its pretty light.

Those wheels are sick man, I am a huge fan of mesh on our cars.
The only draw back is the time it takes to clean them

yea thats gonna be sweet. should consider doing a navy blue stripe on the lip to match your car. i think they have an option to do that on their site.

Thanks guys, and i can tell you this, the wheel wont be that deep, they only come in 18x8 or 18x9 with 35ET 42ET or 45ET, but i think somthing like 18x9 with 35ET (which is the wheel in the picture) will rub, but im not sure, what do you guys think?

Nice choice of wheels Frank. You're making me reconsider now. Too bad they don't come in 19s. I have the same car (same color too) as you and honestly 18s might look too small and remember that dark wheels especially mesh design tend to look smaller than it actually is. I just might hold off on getting my wheels until I see the new wheels on your car. By the way, the price is killer too!! Great job again Frank.

BTW thanks! i really like them alot, and heres my concern about the wheels, i live in PA, and im sure i said this 100 times on this forum , but! the roads here absolutely shit, so i want to go with 18" for a stronger wheel, i was looking at 19" LM Reps, but i would have to get 7-9 of them, but with the raderwerks, they seem a bit stronger, im sure i will need to buy 5-6 of them in time, but the wheel isn't much money, now as far as 18" inch and how it looks, you bring up a good point, i just might not get a darker center, im sure it will look smaller, but im still lost of which width and offset to get, i just want the wheel to be at the edge of the fender, i really don't care how big the lip is, But thanks for feedback!

Hey i photochoped a few of the wheels that i like, im not much a fan of real flashy wheels, i like more of the race/use everyday kind of wheel, so take a look and tell me what you guys think, i couldn't find a good pic of the raderwerks in grey, so i got them in silver, along with the 2 Enkei wheels i have always liked. ( i tried to make the wheels as close to 18" look as i could, with a bit higher sidewall than you would see on 19")

RaderWerks MTEN-80 18x8/9 35/42/45ET (Silver or Grey centers)


Enkei RPF-1 18x8 35ET (i think they look pretty sick) -_O


Enkei NT03-M 18x8 35ET (PS my brakes will be painted SILVER , not red)


Dub City 24x9 28ET (my heart is really set on these ) ......

Umm i now see just looking at the wheels in the picture, they look more like 19 inch size, but they are close enough ! my stock sidewall isn't very high, so i went off of that.

I like the raderwerks best. What makes you say/think they are stronger?

What's the best website to get them from? I want to go check out their wheels, weight, designs.... Are they cast or forged? how much are they?

I think the 18 mesh with a dish/lip will look smallish, about the size of 17's, even worse in a dark color as mentionned above.
The photoshop pic above is what it would look like in 19 IMO. My RSGTs in 19 look about the same size as my current 18" DTMs

I would go with et42 on the 9" wide rim, or et35 on the 8".
I love your stock rims man, I would probably not get rims if I were you :)

www.raderwerks.com , is the website, im just saying they look much stronger than the BBS LM Reps, and Gigi, i love your car with the RSGT's i mean it looks good with the DTM's but damn im so scared to put 19" around here. do you think the the 18x9 with 42ET will rub with my current setup , even if i get sway bars? , and im pretty sure now im going to go Silver with polished lip, or what do you guys think about a white mesh center with polished lip? let me know thanks!

Oh and Gigi, raderwerks are about 23-24lbs a wheel, and the Enkei RPF-1's are 18lbs a wheel!

With 17" stock BBS (which I am selling)



With 19 X 8.5 Ck Et 35, so aside fomr offset which puts this wheel out to the edge a little more, same size as the RSGT, but they look a size bigger ( i think the spoke pattern does not work well with the A6 though :), so I sold them quickly)

I think it'd work, maybe some slight rub here and there but you should be fine. 18 will look smallish but if you like the wheels. I understand your view on 19's, I think they look better on our cars but like I think they are a PITA and that is why I chnaged to 18s aprtly, other reason was confort but with FSDs i think I could go back to 19's form a comfort standpoint. Just 35 series tires are just too skinny for our heavy cars and the roads are basty around here.

Thanks JD, and debadged ive been thinking about it and i might, but clear corners, im not a fan of them , but yes for shaved i just might, but i wont take the front badge off. and Gigi CH's do look good on A6's deff get them.

BTW how did you guys remove all the badges? heat gun/hair dryer?
