Best Tires for B7 S4

Hey, just wondering what kind of tires everyone is running. (Summer)

looking for advice on what tire is the best since i'm getting new wheels that are 19s instead of 18s and am going to need tires.

i live in Los angeles, so weather is not really a concern. right now i'm looking at Pirelli PZeros since i've heard they are great. any recommendations welcome, thanks.

pricey, but light, and well, they are supposed to be bomb...I'm going with PS2s since my car has the 18" version, and they are rock solid.

I just got the Sport Contact 3's and realy like them.
In fact I prefer them to the PZeros's I just had and to the Eagle F1's I had before that.

PS2, are the absolute best, IMO. I been through many different tires and when I came upon these, I have yet to buy another brand of tire.

I concur. PS2 are the way to go. Best tires I have owned. Second choice would be The Bridgestone RE050 Pole Positions. Better price points than the PS2s.

I've been using F1 GS-D3's and have no complaints, but my next set will be PS2's. I have PS2's on my Mazdaspeed3 and like them a lot.

Yeah, there's never been a lot of good said about the 2's but the 3's are (so far) a great tire.

Not only is the ride comfort terrific, but the handling is noticeably better than my PZeros that I just replaced.

I think my second favorite so far was the Eagle F1's.

Don't go and toss the Goodyears on your german car. The RE050 is a great sticking tire but they are really heavy.

You gotta stick with the PS2's. They are the best and lightest tire out there.

What are your priorities in a tire? Price, wet/dry performance, mud/snow performance, long wear?

PS2s are great but they are pricey. My personal experience with Conti SC2s were not very good.

Summer (DRY) since i'm in LA - needs to be safe in the rain. no snow, no mud really (no offroading anyway...)
price is meh, keep it reasonable. I mean i'm already looking at PZeros which run 360 each, which I've heard is a pretty top notch tire.
Can anyone compare PS2s and PZeros? PZeros are slightly lighter i think, but i've heard both are great dry-traction, summer performance tires.

I run the PS2s and absolutely love them. They are pricey but they are the best.

Went with BBS CH Blacks 19 x 18.5 wrapped in Michelin PS2s.

i dont know much about the road noise because tire rack doesn't sell them i think theyare nt-01's or something
