    Rear spacers ONLY??

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I've noticed a common combination for our cars is 5mm spacers up front and 15mm spacers in the rear. I'm actually happy with where my front wheels sit now though so is it safe for me to assume that 10mm spacers will flush the rears with the fronts? I don't need/want my wheels flush with the arches. I'm just afraid that once I go lower, the lack of "pokage" in the rear will really stand out.

    Re: Rear spacers ONLY??

15mm is too much for the rear if you have an offset of et35 unless you run skinner tires. otherwise it sticks out too much.
8 9 or 10mm for th rear is good enought.
i am going to run 9mm

I haven't. People usually put no more than 5mm difference between the front and rear spacers. Ideally, using the same thickness all around isn't a bad idea, as it preserves wider front wheel base, compared to rear, which helps with understeer.

    Re: Rear spacers ONLY??

    I'm running 8mm front and 10mm rear. Wheels are OE 8x18 ET43mm

The 8's were on the rear only, then I bought the 10's too.

It all depends on what the offset of your wheels are.

In my opinion (whether it be with or without spacers) you want to get your offset as close to 35mm (32mm ideally) as possible.

Here are my wheels with a 35mm offset (no spacers used, but I would like to have 32mm offset instead
