Coilovers + clear corner headlights being fitted today

Dropped the car off at the garage, so hopefully this eve I should be lower, and brighter eyed with some FK Automotive Konigsport coilovers & clear corners.

I've also just received my Seat Leon Cupra R front lower splitter, which I shall have to fit this weekend yay - the plan is coming together!

just popped in to check up on how things are going & things are looking good... hopefully get the car back today, but as there weren't any instructions or literature with the kit, the guys are making sure they do it right & if that means an extra hour or so, I don't mind.

excellent... they've got it low & the clear corners are on & i'm going to pick it up in a bit. i went down earlier & they thought it was too low & were thinking of raising it lol - i told them to leave it, so they've locked it all up & torqued up all the bolts.

I bought two complete headlight units from a scrapped 07 car via eBay, so no messing around with heating them up, etc.

Just picked the car up. I got them to fit the coilovers, headlights & I dropped some new EBC Red Stuff front pads down earlier for them to put on. They cleaned it for me too. The bill was more than I expected but sod it, it's all low down & (not so) dirty now!

They're not titanium - that's just brake dust on the fronts making the silver look darker

These wheels come standard on the 220bhp version of the 2.0TQ S-Line SE. Not sure if we have the titanium pack over here - from 07 they had black out grills etc on the S-Lines i think... keep seeing them around.

I have new 19s ready to go on but I need to grind 5mm or so off the front calipers... gonna speak to the workshop this week & find out if they can do it for me (i don't have an angle grinder/dremel tool). Need to get some caliper paint too.

I had 4 people (inc me) in the car & no rubbing at all. i'm really liking these FK coilovers

they ride really well - perhaps better than stock s-line as they don't wallow & bounce - & they keep the car glued through the corners
