    Recommendations for a Freon Charge...

I need a freon charge for a 1999 BMW 528I. I've called a few local shops and it looks like $195 is the cheapest i can find.

Anyone know of a better place?

    Thanks

That car should take R132 I think. If not, have it switched to R132. They have kits but the hardest part if you have any freon left is letting it out into the atmosphere. I just dont think that new of a car has freon.

Oh... you can check Milts in Vallejo. They do BMW's and also do my oil changes for dirt cheap. But seriously check if that thing runs on R132 or not.

Note... im not sure if the more common is R132a or R134 but you get the idea.

you might be able to get lucky. not sure what your car takes, but kragens sells these recharge kits. try that first. its cheap enough to give it a shot.

We use a guy that will come by to your home or work. I am sure it will be under $100 as long as its not R12 and 99 BMW shouldn't have R12.
PM me if you want his number.
