My clutch slave cylinder is leaking like crazy, I ordered a new one and have been looking at the bently repair manual, it doesn't appear to be too bad to replace, has anyone done this before? how hard is it and any tips/pointers would be awesome...

are you tip or 6MT? either way its not easy. best route is lowering the rear sub-frame and accessing it from the drivers side wheel well...
tiptronic is even harder so i hear..

Just replaced mine...twice. If you don't get it lined up properly, it will explode on you when you try to bleed it. It's not too bad, probably about 4 hours of work. I was able to reach it with just the axle shield out.

Ok, then as said above, take out the driver's side axle, dp, and axle heat shield and you will have some room at least to work with it. Not tons of room, but enough to get it done.
