show or go?

i know making the car fast is important and some people prefer go over show. my question is, is it really worth it? i mean for the amount of money your going to spend your gonna be what 300 wheel?> thats really not that fast.. after that you spending big bucks. what my question to all of you is would you prefer to look good or go fast?> god bless if you can do both. i know i cant..

both.. very, very slowly. Right now I'm spending more on performance than looks. The only things I've done for looks for far is debadged and detailing it every once in a while. I'm tempted to pick up some wheels.

I've already spend close to 3,000 on performance with much more on the way. I'm looking to get 300-400awhp when it's all said and done. Then I'll spend a little more on looks, like s4 rear, side skirts, wheels, tint and whatever else I can think of. Then I'll probably be bored with the car and sell it or go BAT.. assuming I don't go broke before then.

I ultimately want to keep this car for a very long, long time.. eventually gut it and make it an all out track car. However, my hobbies always change so who knows.

it kills me to know that i'm basically throwing away a lot of money, but i've got an addiction. and it doesn't help that i've been single for the last 6-7 months. My car gets way too much attention.

I think our cars look pretty good when a little lowered and some nice rims, which can be had for pretty cheap. That makes it look pretty nice. Then I went ahead to make it as fast as it looks. relatively I havent put a lot of money into my car but that is relative to what everyone else has put into their car

When I was about 15 and younger, i was all about spending my money towards performance and not looks. But things change when you actually get the car, looks were a big part.
Id say have it look good with some go.
You might feel happier with a car that is torquey and go with teh k04 and then make it loook nice. Also, there is more to it than going fast in a straight line

Both...my stealth TT was a lil more GO but with my Audi I'm trying to keep it civilized :D

Neither really. Even chipped its got no real go compared to my old MR2 or Bimmer and god forbid I get into a friends Vette,Cobra or mildly tuned STI/EVO back behind the wheel of my HMS Audi. I got 3 bikes 1 faster then the next so I could careless for the most part about performance in terms of speed. I'm more about handling at highspeeds and the looks aren't to important either in terms of upgrading em,but the car don't have a scratch on it so I would kill someone if they hit it. Just not intrested in dumping wads of cash for an unreliable car that won't be able to keep up with a reliable 12-13 second car in a straight line.
