I have been noticing that over the past month or so, I have been getting the same notification over and over again from the same response.

For instance, if joe replies I will get an email xxx amount of times telling me that joe replied showing the same message. This happens on occasion and happens in various parts of the thread. This also applies to private messages...

any fix or is this only me?
