I am selling my OMP strut bar that I bought a little while back. I had originally planned on installing it in my 2001.5 A4 but I found that it is way to close to the washer nozzles in the hood for my comfort. It may fit but I was afraid that if it did, it may rattle.
With that said, do not assume it will work on a 2001 A4 but I have talked with several other people who had other years of the B5 A4 (year 2000 and less) and they swear by this bar.
It was originally yellow but I repainted it black because there were a few chips in the yellow coating.
