which turbo should i go with the 28 or the 30 and if i go with the 30 where do i find the kit and what engine building do i need to do

We are in colorado and unless you build the head/bottom to increase the rev-range or displacement I would not go over a 28 series since the useable power band will be narrow due to high altitude.
