Been a while (time to sell...)

Hello all, I would imagine that most of my old buddies from the forum have moved on to bigger and better Audis, but for any that still read the boards, hello again. The time has come to sell my 2000 B5 1.8T and I'd love some input on what kinda value you think it has.

GIAC Chip
Diverter Valve
APR Cat back exhaust (downpipe included)
H&R springs w/ Bilstein Shocks (Adjustable ride height, currently at 2nd to lowest which lowers the car 1.75 inches)

Cosmetic:
Eye lids
lip spoiler
painted lowers
Kamei grill
paint matched shifter surround
APR shift know

Stereo:
Alpine retractable head unit
MB Quart speakers all around
2 Alpine Amps
1 10" JL subwoofer
integrated aux port into the glovebox
XM radio with paint matched low profile antenna on trunk (looks like A8 GPS antenna)

1 set of stock rims
1 set of 18" black cross spoke w/ chrome lip (blanking on the brand, i'll remember later)


I'm selling it because I've been at college for a few years, I never have it with me, and it's dumb for my parents to be paying the insurance on a car that sits in the driveway. Gonna sell it and in a couple years I'll buy my own. I love the car to death, it handles better than my mom's bimmer, but the time has come.

What do ya'll think it's worth? MY first guestimate was 8 grand, am I a dreamer to think I can get that much?

I'd say around 10-11k. That's how much it'd prob go for around here

In my opinion you shouldn't have a problem selling it for 8 grand. If I were you, I'd list it for $9500 locally with all the upgrades/mods mentioned and work from there.

I would ask for a bit more, as long as the exterior and interior are in good condition...It has low mileage for a 2000, Personally I would shoot for around 9500.

Thanks a lot for the input, I was thinking a similar number would be reasonable, 8Gs-10Gs, but my buddy who owns an Audi dealer could only give me 4Gs for a trade-in. Given, a trade-in will always have less value, but it scared me to be asking for double that amount. Anyone have an experience selling a modded car to an enthusiast? Is it difficult to find people who will appreciate (AKA pay more for) the mods I've done?

no, didnt trade it in yet. As for pics, i'll take some in a couple days. Right now it's in winter mode, so no flashy wheels, but all the rest is good to go. I'm actually in DC so i'll either take some when i come home for a weekend or have pops take some pics. I'll throw them up in a bit.
