today i was driving around and i started to hear my car grind when putting the car into 3rd gear. it happens when i drive normally as i usually do and also at high rpms. if i push the clutch in and wait a couple seconds then shift i dont hear the noise. Are the syncronizers bad or going bad? what should i do to fix the problem?

Yes, you can try a different gear oil to see if it helps.
