B5 S4, B6 A4 STOPTECH 332 BBK FOR SALE!

I just bought these off of another forum member, but I got an opportunity today to get a stasis 332 6piston BBK (local totaled his whip), so i opted to get that set up and use that on my car. The Stoptech kit is in great condition, I bought them from LPS74 (member on these boards) last week, and he has only put 13k miles on the kit, i have never installed these on my car, the kit will come with the front steel braided brake lines, calipers, and rotors, BRACKETS, and Ferodo racing pads with alittle more than half of pad life left (pads retail for about 275$)..

I paid 1150$ for this BBK and Im looking to recoup that amount for this kit...
Im not looking to make any money on this kit.. I just want back what i paid for it.. buyer will also pay shipping and paypal fees if applicable..

The rotors have little to no wear on them... brand new rotors come 32mm thick, i used my digital measuring caliper and i read 31.25mm on both rotors.. there is no grooves, etcs...

When the kit was shipped to me from the last owner, some residual brake fluid left in the brake lines spilled on 1 caliper and well the stoptech logo pretty much just rubbed off on one caliper, but no damage was done to the original paint on the calipers...

I have tons of pictures available, message me for any picture you want.. Due to the nature of this hobby.. sold as is
Below I will post the pictures the last owner posted when i purchased these from him.. The calipers are dirty in the picture, I have had them cleaned polished and waxed.. but one is missing the logo :(

Bleeder seized and threads pulled from caliper when removed. Stoptech says the caliper must be replaced.

haha you never installed them on your car!!!!!!!!!!!!! How would you know if the bleeder is stripped or not!!!!!!!!!! The bleeder was probably seized in after years of never coming out like most older race brakes. The constant high heat and high temp. will cause this issue. There is no way around replacing the caliper in this situation. The threads from the caliper will come out with the bleeder.

Second of all how could there be 13,000 miles on a kit that has its second or third or fourth set of pads with 50% pad life. HAHA There obviously not the original pads, and to be at 50% thats about 10-15k miles right there.

You need to learn how to tell the truth and stop argueing for something your unsure of. I usually never state my opinion on the forums but after seeing your response i got heated. good luck audilux dealing with this guy. Hopefully you paid him paypal so you can dispute it.......

Seller stayed in good communication and said he is willing to absorb some of the cost of a new caliper. Big ups for when he comes through on this. We all gotta work together in the Audi community.

The situation at hand was not my fault or the buyers fault, therefore i suggested that we split the cost of the new caliper and resolve this issue quickly... Im a man of my word! Enjoy the BBK!

I have to say that is very upstanding. Did the member that sold them to you step up as well? Seems like you got caught short having to replace the logo (because of the residual fluid) and now the caliper.
