help please... 20" wheels on b7 s-line????

Hey guys, i have a 08 a4 s-line quattro 2.0t, and i have an opportunity to get a set of 20"x8.5j rims, that are 5x112, and they have 225/35/20 tires.

my question, is will these wheels fit my car with out and modification or problem?

i went on tire rack and it only goes up to 19, Please let me know,
