Koni FSD+Eibachs Installed!!! (pics inside)

Ok guys, i got the car back today, and i love it, the FSD's work well with our bad roads and IMO the ride height is just right, altho i think it needs sway bars bad, so those are next with wheels, and i may go with 18 inch now, i think the wheel looks pretty big once its lowered, be here ya go!

Well there ya go, all in all im very happy with the way it turned out, so sway bars and wheels, here i come!

Nice -- and yes, I'd save $ on wheels as proportions look fine after lowering. Looking forward to same shocks/pro-kit recipe on my (also blue) '00 this summer -- RS6 lip spoiler goes on next week (and black front grille). Especially glad to hear you like the ride quality as I was concerned about overly stiff shocks making it too harsh.

The suspension will settle and lower a little more. In 2 weeks or so, get an alignment.

if you do the eibachs on stock shocks will it be lower?

oh yeah! 1.2-1.3 " lower
It'll have a rakes look, where the rear is higher... H&Rs are flatter and lower, drop 1.5 - 1.75.
When I had H&Rs and koni yellows, my car height (measured at center of fneder) was 24 1/2 or 3/4 i think.
My buddy's A6 with Koni yellows and eibach was 25 to 25 1/2.

Eibach are probably better on stock suspension and by better I mean easier because they'll allow more travel, bounce less and they have a less aggressive spring rate

-IMO I would put some spacers to get it flush to the fender...

Thanks guys, and VJ, yeah im going to put spacers on it, but just for winter, i think im going to get 18x8 wheels, i think they will look good!
