K05 file good or bad

As of now, I have FMIC 5 bar FPR K04 with the flashed k05 programing. Before I had the ecu flashed my ecu was socketed with giac K04 programming. The socketed program ran great up until the chip worked its way loose and I switched to the flash program. Ever since then my car has madd boost surge while in the pump program and runs fine in stock.. Is anyone runing the k05 program with it working correctly?

Is it surging all the time or just during WOT?

If only during WOT you will want to do some logs with a VAGcom if you have one. Log block 003 or 054 to see if the throttle might be closing which will happen if you are hitting over 22psi.

It starts surging at about half throttle. Funny thing is I reach full boost (22 psi) at half throttle. I will log blocks 003 and 054 and see whats up. Thanks Mike
