full specs on rims i want ....need help! lol

well i made a thread earlier asking for help but now i k ow al the specs about these rims ... they are 19in 8.5 wide and an offset of 42 .... the question is ... how do i make em fit and what do i need ... tires what size and what size spacers if any? thanks guys

7mm spacer will make it flush with your bumper. if you wanted it tucked inside alittle go with a 3-5mm spacer. for a little poke go with a 10-12mm spacer. what wheel is it? it may clear calipers as is depending on style but it will sit too far inside the fender for my taste.

they are called tsw volcanoes in 19 in by 8.5 in across that seems kind of wide though no? and the offset is 42 thanks mckenna
