After the group buy for stasis coilovers failed I decided to use that money that I had saved up to get my car chipped and take advantage of the APR sale that is ending today. I got the full ecu upgrade. I was a little hesitant getting my car chipped due to all the problems that members have recently been complaining about. But I did it anyways . I figure as long as I dont abuse my car 24/7 then I'm good. When I left the shop I had the car on Octane 91 and the car was smooth and pulled pretty well . It felt like my flashed RSX-S when I had it. Then I switched it to 93 and wow what a difference [O_O]. Plenty of torque and pulls pretty smooth and hard at the same time. It even made my gf smile heeheh. So over all so far its been worth the money hopefully I dont get any problems anytime soon as I am hoping to keep this car at least for four years.
Just a quick question, how much psi does 91 and 93 have. Also, would it be ok if I switch to 91 and 93 often (say like every couple of days) or will that mess up the computer of the car. Would it be better to set it at one program 90% of the time. I know that it takes a day or so for the car to fully adapt when you chip your car. Would the octane 93 program do damage quicker than if you have octane 91 set all the time? Thanks guys.
