Changing out the Turn Signal Bulbs???

Do I really have to go thru the entire process of removing the front bumper and taking out the headlight assembly just to replace the driver side turn signal bulb??? Is there no other ez method? This is so ridiculously annoying.

You can just remove the headlight, there are a couple torx screws holding it in place. It's not a hard job, the outside bottom screws do not need to come out completely, the light can slide out.

seriously?? i didnt know that, is that how you can change out the city light bulb?, because i'm going to attempt to do that soon also

I noticed the guys that responded have b6 s4's... but i don't think the same applies for the b7. I'm pretty sure the only way to remove the headlight out is by either loosening up/taking off the bumper. But anyways i guess that's what I'll have to do. What a pita!

Also, the city light bulb is pretty easy.. no need to take the headlight assembly out.

You have to loosen the bumper, but not take it off. The lights will not slide foward of the bumper since the bumper sits in front of the lights. Make sure that you have at least a 6" extension to get the ones down inside the back of the lights. I actually have to do the same tomorrow. You should just take them out and clear the corners, if you haven't already. It was very easy.

so i hate to be a pain in the ass but how do you do the city light exactly?, im picking up those LED city lights from Buttafuoco.
