My system is starting to go in my A8!!

Hello -

I have a 2005 A8 L

Some of the stock Bose speakers are starting to crack when
I play my CD's (but not the radio... not sure why that is??)

I either want to replace all of the stock Bose at an Audi Dealership
(Any idea on the price of that guys?)

OR

I want to replace all of the speakers with some Focal's.


Has anyone every re-did their audio system in their A8? Can you
tell me about it.... ideas, tips, troubles, etc?

that sounds like the CD changer has taken a dump. Not the speakers. If you car is still under warrenty, take it in and let them replace it for free.
