I photshopped the cx-r's on my car awhile back. look quite sexy. Only thing I'm not keen on is the fact that the black disappears and the wheel looks like a flashy wheel rather than an interesting twist on a mesh wheel.

They look pretty good. The only thing that I don't like about twisty wheels is that they swing one way on the right hand side of the car and the other way on the left side of the car.

Monobloc's are definitely some of the hottest wheels out.

thats the thing. i dont know how visible the black accented spokes are. you get the illusion that its supposed to be a twisty rim, but its actually not, its just two tone. if you look closely and imagine both the black and silver spokes the same color, the rims become a split-spoke style rim (like a CSL or RS4)

Ahhhh Ed, I forgot to reply to your PM. The HRE Mono 40s are what I originally wanted for my car. However, the price is just way too high! Not to mention, everyone wants them now...

if anyone will still pshop i would be very appreciative.

i'm fairly certain i'm going to end up going with the safer bet of the CH-blacks. the CX's could look VERY nice or VERY cheesy and bad with the two-tone look. not really willing to risk it.
CH-blacks will look BAMF for sure, so prob those wrapped hopefully in pirelli neros.

Everyone wants them, but not everyone's going to be able to get them. The price of admission is high which will help with exclusivity.

I've been thinking about the black CH's as well. Tirerack told me that they should be available around June.
