    my problem :

my car drives fine, everythings good with the car..mechanics told me theres nothing wrong..but there is...my problem is that the tempeture gage in the car is acting funny when i start the car its on the C..thats normal..i drive for a little bit then its between the center and the C..it never goes to the middle..but when im stuck in traffic for a period of time..maybe about 40 minutes of stop and go traffic the needle for the temp gage goes to the center..i figure thats were it should be normally but no..when its there the car starts smoking..all i see is white smoke coming out..it smells like colant..first i thought it was the colant tank because it had a small hole in it..then i changed the plastic tank and it still does it...the car runs fine when its not in traffic..when its runnin on the highway everythings perfect..im really clueless at this point on how to resolve this problem..what can i do ..how can i explain this to my retard mechanic...

Temp sensor definetly...and the loss of coolant is your coolant flange (located at the back of the head)

No worries though, al common problems, lol
