whats going on with JHM FMIC...

hey jason whats goin on...its summer here and i need some cool air!! ASAP!! and dont wanna buy er's or rs4's rather a jhm fmic...need one asap...i cant have a stage 3 car with no ICs for the summer!!! thats just like driving a turbo car without turbos...(hope ya get the drift)

but one question, won't a FMIC block one bank if you leave the bumper stock, then one turbo won't get any cool air and the other one get's it all...

Yup, that's why if you're not going to mod your bumper you're better off with good side mounts like ER's rather than a FMIC.

indeed, but the intercoolers are AFTER the turbo. The air combines in the throttle body. So your overall air temps will be higher than if you had all of the core exposed. But in most cases, even SMIC's, the cores don't get equal exposure to external air flow.

I am considering since it is cheaper than ER's and AWE, but I am worried about getting stuck in traffic and overheating. I will just paint black if I do get it!

That's joshs car? All the pictures I have seen he's rocking the side parts but without the grills and the fogs. even the pictures on his add don't have the fogs or full grills.
