Car started right up and is running great. Pulled the fuel fuse on initial 2 cranks to prime the oil pump. It wanted to start even without the fuse in lol. Put the fuse back in and she fired right up. Heard it build oil pressure to the head and then she just prrrrdddd. Let it warm up at bit and shut it off to check fluids. All full. Started again and ran it at 2000rpms for 5 minutes or so to break in the cams. Went out and drove 30 miles before the rains came. Car ran good. Got an intermittent maf upper limit exceeded code, but I'm not worried with the "off" setup it really is with this software. Haven't got the code since. Lambda is spot on. Will keep an eye on it as the maf but prolly just needs to adjust. Did a bunch of 2000rpm-5000rpm-2000rpm accel/decel pulls at 9 psi ("off" on ebc). Each time the car would pull harder. Got home and changed the oil and filter. No large visible metal shavings of any kind, just stuff much smaller than a sand grain in size.

Initial logs showed timing advanced was low cause of the low boost I was running (same timing advance I had set on the last build at 23psi). Lambda within normal parameters. G/S normal. Had logs but my bro was so wise not to hit the save button. He did give me a hand when I needed it on the build so I can't give him too much shit.

Took it over to my audi tech. He confirmed that everything sounds and runs great. He thinks it sounds much smoother than the last build. I do like having the softer engine mounts in again.

Traction control light will intermittently pop on when at WOT. Only sometimes though. Guess the esp doesn't like the stasis center diff very much... I know I like it though

I will post up some real logs when I get a chance today or tomorrow. Dyno's and 1/4 miles runs will be done after I hit ~1000-1500miles... or within the month if all goes well. Keep your fingers crossed for me this time around boys!

That's weird Doug as when I loaded the vid last night it came up as the snowmobile vid. I erased it this morning before I went to work. When I got to work I loaded the vids on the work computer and loaded them again onto youtube. This time the correct vids showed up. There should not be that snowmobile vid on youtube. Even my account doesn't have that on it right now. Must need time to refresh or something...

ahh, I see Greg... how long does it take for the new maf setup to adapt? Are upper limit exceeded codes normal when only running 9psi? It happens less and less the more I drive. I'm using the VR6 housing with 1.8T sensor and 550cc genesis. If I turn what off the throttle body will not close?

Doug, running APR with the center res. I like the sound. Might go bigger in the future, but it won't help when I take my drives at 10000ft. I need exhaust velocity up here. What Rubicon? You mean the Volvo XC90 lol

Yeah. I have the same exhaust (but with a high flow cat). Love the sound. It has gotten louder now that I've got 10kmiles + on it. Definitely gets louder once its warmed up but it still a nice tone.

If you turn off traction control the trottle body will not close. Log your MAF values and see what your getting too. Shawn and I are both seeing the same upper limit exceeded code but neither of us are maxing out the MAF. I don't really understand why. I also have the ECS light come on when I get an upper limit exceeded code, same as you.
