Mine are all stained and beat to heck, and until I get $$ for a full exhaust, though I'd get these welded on. Opinions?

I think they look good. I was going to buy some nice tips, but then I remembered I have a test pipe... The last time I tried to clean my oem tips, I gave up trying to get all the carbon/death deposit off of them.

I think the only thing that would clean the exhaust tips would be steel wool. Its a shame that Audi didn't use nice exhaust tips. They looked ok new but quickly tarnished. My 2005 C class had a nice oem exhaust tip that was actually chrome and could be polished. Those tips look nice I say have them welded on and post some pics.

they make them in lots of differ sizes. ill have to measure tonight. no pix till i get tint in two weeks lol

Where and how much did you get them for? My tips are dark as night also and tried to clean em up but it seems impossible. PM if necessary. How hard would install be?
