    Re: Tire Size...

Any pictures? If they are the similar to a OEM TT fat five rim, tires size is generally 225/45/R17

I fit 235/35/17's on my B6 sport wheels and they ended up rubbing... So I got spacers...

    Re: Tire Size...

    whether it's a 235 or a 225 your overall tire diameter should be ~24.9-25"
    225/45R17 or a 235/40R17 are common.

    Re: Tire Size...

Yeah... I found a set fairly cheap with brand new 225/55/17's on them, I was wondering if they would fit my a4 with the tires that are on them now.

    Re: Tire Size...

Your best bet would be to try that link that posted, input your current tire size, then input the size if the tires that you found, and just see what the difference is....if it isn't that drastic, you should be fine.

    Re: Tire Size...

That is a big difference of about 2" in height. I put one of the 225/50-17 up against my Audi and it was a bigger difference than I would have thought. It was about an inch taller and wouldn't have fit with any lowering. I run a 245/40-17 on 17x8 with no problems.
