    Re: Quick question turbo timer

A bunch of people are either running the Greddy or the Apex'i. The Greddy fits right into the cupholder and looks good. But the Apex'i is very small and easy to use, and looks good as well. Both are very affordable and easy to find used in the Classifieds if you wanna go even cheaper. Hope this helps. Scott

I have the Apex and it fits into the space in front of the cupholder perfectly.

^^^^That's the TT I have and I like it. I don't recall now since it's been two years, but I think mine was modded to show up red at night in order to match the instrument lighting a bit more.

If you're boosting higher PSI then what is set on the gauge then it warns you.

how does a turbo timer work on a manual car? FWIW I have one on my TIP. I can't see how the engine on a manual can stay on if the clutch is disengaged in first gear :|

    Re: Quick question turbo timer

One more newb question just wondering if this has happened to anyone els? But every time I hit the breaks right when I start to let off, so the peddle is pressed down with about 10% of pressure and letting off it, on the passenger side front the breaks make a loude almost like rubbing noise/vibration sound. Breaks still have plenty ofpad left on them so I am very confused on what this might be anyone know?????

Also my head light covers/lense is so rock pitted it looks horrible is there anyway to get it to look clear agin, like wet sand etc, or could I buy a new lense???

    Re: Quick question turbo timer

Good thing I searched and came across this thread. I think I want to get a timer soon and fit it by the cupholder.

Does that one from Apex glow red or anything to match the inside lighting during the night?

    EDIT:

Ok I'm looking here. $20 for a timer? Can't be...

Ok I've been looking at that Apex one because I want to fit it by the E-Brake. Ebay is showing it at $85.00 but that site I posted above says $20.00. WTF? Lol.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's late and I'm acting like a dumbass. Didn't notice the $99.00 one.
