Known for their powerful and reliable supercharger systems, VF-Engineering has given life to their new RSS turbo kit for the VW/Audi 2.0T FSi!

Creating up to 385hp and 350ft.lbs on pump gas the RSS kit comes with everything you need to take your GTi to the next level in performance.

Each RSS Kit comes with:
- GT2871 Garrett Turbo
- VF cast split cavity exhaust manifold
- Gaskets and high tensile studs and hardware
- Goodrich proprietary oil / water lines with heat shielding
- VF custom exhaust adapter plate with gaskets and studs
- VF short ram CAI with filter and MAF heat shield
- VF stainless support bracket with lateral support
- VF billet race bypass valve
- Autotech highflow fuel pump
- Hitachi highflow fuel injectors (6ms@11:1 afr)
- GIAC recalibrated ECU for pump/race/valet/kill modes

seems to be making pretty weak power for a big turbo... arent the 1.8's making more power with the same turbo?

This has been very popular with both DSG and 6speed manual owners. It provides a significant power increase over the stock 170whp that they normally see. A 150whp gain is great for the money here.

To answer the other question regarding boost. Depending on conditions the average cars with our kits see 20-22lbs. of boost. This can change based on octane, ambient temps and IAT temps. A good intercooler system such as out stage 2, is always recommended as it can battle these IAT temps and keep more boost longer in the boost cycle.
