Pulling out the USP corner grills for bumper removal help! =/

Ok search did me no good. I am finally retrofitting a center grill for my diy usp front. For some reason my grills wont come out! hah, i dont wanna pull too hard or move them around too much and scratch up the paint, so heres my question:

Is there a form to pull out the corner grills on a USP front? I feel like such a noob now cause this is the dumbest thing to get stuck on. (and what i mean is i.e. pull up and out, or push in and lift out etc.) hopefully you get what i mean.

So a quick answer would be great so i can continue this and post up some pics of the finished product. Thanks.

honestly dnt be scared.. just poull on it
it comes right out.. grab by the foglight holes and kind yank it out.. but like slowly with ur finger or flathead.. kinda wiggle where the clips are.

Just pulling on it will break the clips. There are little tabs exposed for most of the clips that you have to pull back towards the front of the car to release the clips. I usually have to stick my fingers through the grills and pull on those tabs. Good Luck.

Just put your fingers through the grills and sqeeze as much as you can and then give it a quick sharp tug....it will come out
