I have two case numbers with Audi of America about Jack Daniels. I spoke to their customer service people many times. Finally, I asked for a supervisor, and he acted pissed off, and said that they wouldn't do anything, and that it was up to the dealer to resolve problems. Audi of America could care less about any of us here. The complaint that I filed with BBB was responded to by JD "after "the case was closed by BBB. They lied to BBB and told them about offers they made to me which they never did make at all. Now, I am waiting to hear from the Attorney General of NJ, and the Bergen County Office of Consumer Affairs who are investigating the charges I made against JD. I have encouraged other members here, and on the other Audi website to contact these agencies to file complaints against JD. If everyone gets involved maybe Audi of America will force them to clean up their act, and maybe some of the people they ripped off will get some money back. I saw on the website for the Attorney General that they found Bob Ciasulli dealers guilty of similar cases of fraud and failure to disclose the history of cars to customers. They also altered documents AFTER customers signed them, changed odometer readings, and told customers that the cars were owned by someone, but they were really rental cars. Bob Ciasulli will have to pay about $2 million in fines, and about $ 350,000 in restitution.
