Wheels & Tires in IL

My tires are basically gone, so I need a new set. Before I go out and purchase new tires I wanted to see if anyone had a good deal for a set or rims WITH tires. I am not looking to spend more then $500 and I need these basically ASAP, thus the reason I am looking for this also in the Chicago, IL area.

They must fit a B5 Audi A4.
