    Anyone else have trouble with ECS not returning phone calls or emails?

    I never thought I'd say this....but I should have bought the parts from a dealer.

    I did a quick search but didn't see any threads relating to customer service & shipping issues. I've always heard good things about them, but this has been a disaster! That's why I asked if anyone else was having issues. Thought maybe they have a bunch of employee's out or something.

    I got hit by a $150 charge today for a canceling my appointment(less than 24 hours notice) at the shop today.

    I just meant the ECS thread that gets bumped everyday by people with questions and what not.. it is on the first page of threads here in the B6 forum.. You can't miss it, I hope it all works out..

    glad I don't go to your shop. if my shop tried that I'd be going elsewhere

    I LOVE MY SHOP! He's the coolest old guy I've ever met. He just started working on stuffing a Hemi in a neon....just for shits and giggles.

    It's his own shop, and he's the only guy working there. If you schedule a big job, and cancel at the last minute, he ends up with an empty shop.

    I don't blame the guy at all, that's just business. If he wanted to be a dick, he could have billed me for 12 hours. The $150 covers his shop overhead and a little bit of pay for him.

    I just read the ECS page in the Buyer/Seller forum. Guess I should have known not to schedule an appointment until the parts were in my hand.
